Kerry practiced hospitality from the runway to the skies as former cabin crew for BMI and Virgin, and has worked for CAPE on international football and rugby, and projects for Amazon, Mars and Vodafone. 

With a genuine passion for customer service, her goal is to ensure that every guest feels like a star by creating experiences from start to finish where guests can feel completely themselves.
